Ryan Mahan moved to Mt. Washington Valley in 2001 and began a 21-year-career in education. In 2009 he coupled a real estate career with teaching. In 2014 Saco Valley Real Estate was born and inspired by the crown jewel the Saco River. A water and river enthusiast of all kinds, this name was a natural fit and ties the community he admires in New Hampshire and Maine both. When not working, you can find Ryan paddling, fishing, or hiking in our beautiful White Mountains.
